How an order moves
From the merchant's request to the payout, every step is recorded and visible to your staff.

The merchant sends an order
The merchant's system creates an order through the API. Requests are signed, and a repeated request never creates a second order.

The platform assigns it
Distribution rules pick an executor among those online, taking team traffic shares into account. Anything left unassigned is flagged to staff.

The executor confirms payment
The executor works the order in their dashboard against a timer, checks the incoming payment and confirms it or opens a dispute.

Balances are settled
Commissions are calculated, merchant and executor balances are updated in the ledger, and the merchant gets a callback with a receipt.

Executors withdraw USDT
Withdrawal requests are approved by hand or by rules, and payouts go out in TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20.

Telegram notifications
Staff receive disputes, monitoring alerts and messages through a Telegram bot.
